General Registration Information

• Event registration is free but mandatory, and confirms your attendance only
• You can also register up to 9 people as part of a group booking
• Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the college
• A full cancellation and refund are available if you cancel your attendance up to 21 days prior to the event
  
  

Accommodation and Meals

• Paid add on's (meals and accommodation) are valid only for registered attendees.
• On-campus accommodation includes a three-night stay only (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
• All meals served in the cafeteria are vegetarian, nut-free, with available gluten-free and vegan options
• You may choose between purchasing a full meal package or individual meals
• No dinner will be served in the cafeteria on Saturday evening, as a 125th Anniversary Evening will take place at that time.
  
  

125th Anniversary Evening

• Celebrate 125 years of Newbold College with an uplifting evening of music, a keynote address by GC President Elder Erton C. Köhler, and a visionary moment for the College’s future. Food is provided.
• Guests will have the opportunity to support the Student Scholarship Fund and other mission-facing priorities.
