General Registration Information

• Event registration is free but mandatory.
• Each attendee must complete an individual registration. Group registrations are not available.
• The event is designed for young adults aged 18–35.
• Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Newbold College.
• Refunds are not available if you cancel your attendance.
• Further event details, including the full programme and timetable, will be shared closer to the event date.

Accommodation and Meals

• Accommodation and meals are available as optional paid add-ons during registration.
• On-campus accommodation is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is strongly recommended.
• Accommodation cannot be booked on its own; all accommodation packages include meals.
• Individual meals must be purchased in advance and will not be available on the day.
