Newbold Mourns the Loss of Dr John Baildam

It is with great sadness that we share news of the passing of Dr John Baildam. John served at Newbold in many roles from 1982 to 2022 and as Principal from 2014.

He was an integral part of the Newbold community, a dedicated colleague, and a beloved friend. He enriched many lives in countless ways, and his presence will be deeply missed. An interview that the College published a few years ago, can remind us of his passions and his sense of humour

We are upholding his wife, Lynda, his brother, Andrew, and the rest of the Baildam family in our thoughts and prayers, and we take comfort in the promise that one day we will be caught up together in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.
