Newbold Thursday Drop-In: An interactive guide to the University Year Experience, Short Courses and Q&A session

If you’re still weighing up your options in education, unsure of what to specialise in, or trying to figure out what you’re passionate about: we have plenty of choices for you.

From Health and Business to the History of Art, English Literature, Theology and more, the University Year Experience programme gives you the opportunity to study our wide range of modules flexibly at an undergraduate level, and prepare for your future whilst making friends from all over the world.

Did you know we offer Certificates too? Small in size, these short courses across British History, English Literature, Performing Arts or Religious Studies give you the space to engage with our lecturers on an intimate basis.

And the best bit? It doesn’t matter how “good” you feel you may be – each and every Short Course is designed to help you progress in whatever direction you may be taking.

The session will end with a Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, and have them answered – live.

See you there!

Host: Troy Smith
Panelists: Dr Sandra Rigby-Barrett (Senior Lecturer in Music, Year in Mission and Service Coordinator), Finnian Knauss (UNYE Alumnus, current Business Student), Nathalie Wachter (Alumna, Performing Arts Certificate), Kenji Kiuchi (Alumnus, UNYE) and Ileana Gonzalez (Alumna, Religious Studies Certificate)
