Kevin Ntim joined Newbold College in June 2026 as Digital Growth Lead for Newbold Connect — the College's practice-first Christian learning platform, which launched publicly on 27 June.
In this role, Kevin leads the growth and operations of Newbold Connect: expanding access to the platform's classes, supporting learner engagement and retention, optimising the digital experience, and using analytics to inform improvement.
Kevin brings more than three years of digital marketing and platform operations experience, and is fluent in content management systems, email automation, CRM platforms, and analytics. What sets him apart is his lived faith practice: as a Seventh-day Adventist, he co-founded SDA Lounge, a global online community that grew to over 3,000 members during the pandemic. That experience taught him what digital faith communities genuinely need: clarity of purpose, production quality that signals the message matters, and real community that gives people reason to return.

The Digital Growth Lead owns Newbold Connect's growth operations across acquisition, conversion, retention, and analytics, reflecting the College's commitment to reaching beyond geographic and institutional boundaries while remaining rooted in its core mission of forming students for ministry and mission.
