After failure and disappointment, Jesus asks Peter the question that lies beneath every other question: not “Will you succeed?” but “Do you love Me?”
Meet our guest speaker
Andreas Beccai
PhD · Lead Pastor of Crosswalk Church
Andreas Beccai serves as Lead Pastor of Crosswalk Church in Southern California and is part of the leadership team of Crosswalk Global, a growing network of churches and communities seeking to help people follow Jesus in everyday life.
Born in Ghana, raised in England, and now living in the United States, Andreas brings a unique perspective shaped by multiple cultures, countries, and church contexts. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and is passionate about the intersection of faith, leadership, spiritual formation, and human flourishing.
In addition to his pastoral work, Andreas is an adjunct professor at Northwest University and regularly speaks to churches, organizations, and leadership teams on topics including discipleship, purpose, emotional maturity, and navigating life with greater clarity and courage.
He and his wife, Cassandre, have one daughter, Eden. Andreas enjoys football, pickleball, travel, good conversations, and helping people discover who they are, whose they are, and what God might be inviting them into next.
